You go through life and sometimes it's one thing after another. Sometimes, it makes you ask "What'll happen next?!" Some say God only gives you what he knows you can handle. Some say that if you are feeling overwhelmed, pay attention! The universe is trying to tell you something.
Some say, there is more going on in the world to worry about than what is going on in your world so stop worrying about it.
I say, "Holy Crumb cakes!!" If it's God, he supersized my plate. If it's the universe, it can stop now! I'm paying attention! As for the world, I know it is all important but, what is going on in my world is important too!
I keep reminding myself, to take a few minutes and breath. There is nothing you can do about most things. They are going to happen as they are meant to.
Relax your shoulders, close your eyes, and breath.
